The design of the Celestica Customer Experience Center (CEC) focuses on a digital, interactive and experiential space that showcases the Celestica story and breadth of the markets they serve. The entirety of the facility is dedicated to empowering Celestica’s client engagement philosophy, which allows them to provide industry-leading rapid product development, client-centric design process and pioneering contract manufacturing techniques. 

Clients are welcomed by a simple palette of natural materials, contrasted by a digital array that highlights Celestica partnerships. The centerpiece of the CEC is the Gallery—a dynamic in-the-round projection chamber that provides an immersive experience that visually conveys Celestica’s global reach and resources. Adjacent to the Gallery, is a space that was coined as the Design Garage—a space where global engineers and thought leaders from partnering organizations come together, roll up their sleeves physically and digitally to define an opportunity, develop, ideate and execute new products. These initial interactions can span hours and even days, so LPA created casual lounges to provide space for inter-organizational teams to socialize, build rapport and forge trust. The resulting CEC space is alive, ever-changing and dynamic in its ability to continually transform itself to support their evolving needs.
