This 24,000-square-foot, two-story flagship office building is located in the Watson Corporate Business Center. Sustainable strategies include: roof mounted PV panels, low flow plumbing fixtures, high efficiency HVAC equipment, high efficiency lighting design, air filtration system for improved indoor air quality, use of materials with recycled content, use of regional materials, and use of low emitting materials. This project achieved LEED NC Platinum.
