The interior design for approximately 200,000-square-foot facility for a Federal Agency was completed by LPA, in Irvine, CA. Located in a 15-story office tower, also designed by LPA, the open plan design allows for maximum daylight and views, for all employees and contractors.
High quality building standard finishes and materials were utilized throughout, creating a cost effective and efficient facility for this governmental user. The project was extremely fast track; produced in multiple, four overlapping phases of work. LPA’s Entitlements Group worked closely with the City of Irvine to achieve plan check approval within 24 to 48 hours on all phases of the project. The initial occupancy occurred within three months of the start of space planning of the facility. The client and owner have been very pleased with LPA’s performance, and the quality of the completed project.
