Our team is distinctly qualified to assist the Government in meeting their Leadership in Environmental Energy and Design (LEED) goals. We have completed ten LEED rated projects with ten more under construction and thirty-five in documentation, making LPA one of the most experienced LEED design firms in the country. The LEED green building certification program is a global rating system administered by the U.S. Green Building Counsel for buildings designed, constructed and operated for improved human health and environmental performance. LEED addresses all building types and emphasizes sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials and resources selection, and indoor environmental quality.
