This 40-year-old existing regional mall was transformed into a dramatic, value-oriented center through architectural, landscape, and visual arts treatments that reflected the city's agrarian past. The 480,000-sq.-ft. renovation included an entertainment village, soft goods, neighborhood center, pedestrian plaza and food court.
