The 59-acre Town Center is the focal point for the City's Specific Plan. The Town Center mixes civic, commercial, retail, office and recreational uses creating a pedestrian-oriented environment in a rural setting. The master plan includes a 10-acre civic center comprised of a 150,000-sq.-ft. city hall with leasable office space, a 15,000-sq.-ft. library, and a 30,000-sq.-ft. community center.
