LPA designed this 310,000-square-foot corporate headquarters facility in Irvine, CA for Ford Mortor Company. The building houses sales, marketing, and advanced product design for Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover and Aston Martin automotive brands.

The project utilizes sustainable design principles, such as a raised floor air distribution system and a grass-roof in the development of the five-story office building, advanced product development center, and parking structure. Ford was awarded a LEED Certified rating from the U.S. Green Building Council.
