LPA provided full architectural services complete with programming, needs assessment, planning, building design, interior design, furniture selection, landscape design and parking for a six-story, 165,000-sq.-ft. Chancellor's office for the California State University (CSU) in Long Beach, California. The new facility houses a 208-seat state-of-art conference center for CSU Trustees and the Academic Senate, administrative offices for the CSU Chancellor and various CSU operating departments.
