Surfrider Foundation

LPA designed a flexible, efficient, and cost effective tenant improvement for the Surfrider Foundation, a non-profit environmental organization. This 7,000-sq.-ft. office facility incorporates ten private offices, open office areas, a conference room, a break room, and a shower and surfboard storage rack area. The interior spaces have been designed to give ultimate flexibility. The sustainable features include: energy efficiency, reuse of building materials and furniture, use of recycled materials, water efficient fixtures, task lighting, and natural ventilation. This project received a LEED-CI Gold Certification from the USGBC.
