Constructed in three phases, The Market Place encompasses 1,627,000-sq.-ft. of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space. The team of architects, Ricardo Legorreta and LPA, introduced bold shapes and forms to this 156.5-acre site. LPA carried the design scheme throughout all three phases to create a cohesive plan that resulted in a major retail center for the region.
