This site, situated prominently on the north bank of a major water feature and "piazza", is the focus of a 160 acre master planned business park. The location of this six story, 120,000 sq.ft. theme building and the future phases of the master plan are organized around the piazza and water feature in a way that creates a unique new quality and identity for the entire development. This buildings design takes advantage of these site influences and orientation, producing a building which responds to its context, reinforcing the ideas of a special place in this development. Part of a master-planned mixed-use development, Tri-City will ultimately include office, hotel, retail, and restaurant uses, as well as light industrial facilities and a heliport.
