This project was built on the existing site consists of four tilt-up buildings totaling 135,000-sq.-ft. It includes a fleet service facility, the Integrated Resources Bureau with the associated parking for the entire city's refuse vehicles, the Lien Sales and Towing Administration Facility with parking for over 1,000 impounded vehicles, as well as a full truck wash facility and police impound.
