LPA provided shell and core office architecture, interior and landscape design services for the fifth and final phase of Turner Development's one million-sq.-ft. Riverwalk mixed-use development. The project consists of two 100,000-sq.-ft. Class-A, four-story speculative office buildings, a 38,000-sq.-ft., two-story medical office building, and a 35,000-sq.-ft., two-story condominium office building. The buildings are oriented to maximize natural daylighting and pedestrian connectivity to retail and restaurant components of the development.
