Tenant improvement for this 38,000-square-foot data center includes a 9,000-square-foot Device Verification Testing Lab (DVT), 2,000-square-foot customer conference center, office space, recreation area and fitness room.

Due to the confidential nature of Emulex clients and projects, as well as the need for a climate-controlled environment to house extensive computer hardware, the project included a major electrical upgrade and cooling tower.
