The Hesperia Civic Center is a 27-acre civic center master plan featuring the development of a new 20,000-sq.-ft. library and a 50,000-sq.-ft. city hall. These buildings provide the major components of council chambers, public service counter, city offices, and library with community/technology/meeting rooms, which create a civic plaza that is the centerpiece of a revitalized downtown master plan.
