+ Read more about our work in Civic

LPA believes in the basic principle that people have the right and responsibility to define the quality of life and character of their community. Many of the civic projects we have designed benefit from public participation in active workshops where an awareness of place creates unique and distinguished facilities that reflect the people who live there. Our experience in civic architecture spans a variety of building types, including city halls, community centers, fire stations, libraries, operation service centers, parks, police facilities, recreation facilities, and religious buildings. We recognize the importance of our role in the design process as the "consensus builder" between the public and local governing bodies. Civic design becomes an integral part of a community, balancing functional needs and aesthetic aspirations.
