"LPAred"—which stands for research, education and design—is our research initiative that acts as a compass to help us navigate our clients through the increasingly complex world with rapidly changing technology and significant global and sustainable challenges.
We are curious creatives with a desire to increase the relevance of research in practice and in design. As we drive towards a stronger alignment between design decisions and user experiences, we discover opportunities to educate ourselves, our clients and our industry. We collaborate with university and corporate partners on primary research studies to better understand how our work impacts the end user.

Using both pre-occupancy benchmarking and post-occupancy data collection, LPA develops best practices for influencing our integrated design process. We believe in turning research into application.
