LPA Sacramento

A move from suburban Roseville to downtown in 2015 put LPA at the epicenter of the renaissance sweeping the Sacramento area. Located two blocks from Golden 1 Center, the office is housed in a 1920s-era building, which was renovated into a modern, sustainable office space.

LPA’s design maintained the original brickwork while developing a space that is 30 percent more efficient than California’s Title 24 standards and meets the 2030 Challenge for interior projects. The office is LEED-CI Silver and features 16-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright, open space infused with natural light. The office is organized into two zones: a work zone and a collaborative zone. The only fixed walls were recycled from the previous tenant and the open space plan allows for future flexibility and program changes.
